ItalyCares mission to Abu Dhabi and Dubai ready to go

Intercare and Destination Health Mission in the Gulf States is ready to go under the brand ItalyCares.
The Italian delegation aims to create new opportunities for Italian healthcare providers wishing to expand in this important market.

The Mission will last from November 26 to 28:

The Italian group of representatives is organized under the brand ItalyCares, the first network, created by Destination Health, that gathers the best Italian healthcare providers to consistently promote Italy as a leading Medical Tourism destination.

Thanks to the coopeation with its partner Royalty Consultants, Destination Health had the chance to organize the three days mission as follow.

Meetings with Governments (Nov. 26, 28)

Destination Health has organized a series of meeting at the governmental level to create links with the decision makers defining Medical Patients flows abroad. These meetings have, mainly, the objective to kick-start the process of accreditating Italian hospitals to local Ministries of Health to receive patients coming from the Emirates.

On November 26, Italian Hospitals will meet the commission from Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) and will visit VPS Healthcare, one of the biggest hospitals in the Emirates.

On November 27 ItalyCares Hospitals will have a meeting with MOHAP – UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention followed by a visit to Saudi German Hospital, one of the most important hospitals in the Emirates. Lastly, the delegation will meet the Italian Ambassador in Abu Dhabi, His Excellency Liborio Stellino.

On November 28 there will be a meeting with Dubai Health Authority (DHA). In the same day, hospitals will also be able to meet key managers from Dubai Healthcare City, the biomedical tax-free district which is becoming a world-class medical hub. And in the end the group will meet the Italian Consul in Dubai.
